but there's really nothing out there to stop for...

the speed limit is 75mph on route 29! we made excellent time through Iowa...
but there's really nothing out there to stop for...
not even this....
mary and laura's cross-country adventure that they have been planning since they were 15 and is turning out to be totally cathartic because laura is going back to grad school in LA and we didn't know we still had so much to learn along the way...

I love the picture of the hay in the fields, and the odometer. You can beat 85 MPH; I want to see it hit three digits!
one thing i feel should be pointed out here - those pictures were all taken by me, while i was driving. i was going faster than that, but the camera wouldn't focus correctly...
